Rumors have been swirling that the couple's marriage is already in trouble. Star magazine claims Kim consulted a divorce attorney, but TMZ recently reported the gossip is false. A recent survey by ChaCha found fans believe the stars' marriage will last less than a year. The two wed on Aug. 20.
