Does this mean that all’s over between Ranbir and Katrina? The buzz is that they'd split. Sources close to the pair say that they'd seen it coming. There had been trouble brewing between them ever since Ranbir and Nargis were linked. He kept telling Kat that they were all rumours, until a tabloid carried pictures of them celebrating her birthday at a Bandra lounge bar.
A source close to Katrina says, "The rumours of Ranbir and Nargis were true all along and that was proved two days ago. It was what drove Kat and him apart. Even though Ayaan was with them that night, it means nothing. Ayaan was also friends with Deepika and Kat."
The rumours also say that Katrina was not happy when she learnt that Ayaan had cast Deepika and Ranbir for his next. Though Deepika is Ranbir’s ex yet Katrina didn't like her boyfriend paired with his ex in a film. But now she has become the ex! It will be interesting to see if this will affect the casting of ‘Magadheera’ in which Katrina and Ranbir are paired together.
Ranbir, it seems is quite happy with the blossoming love between him and his 'Rockstar' co-actor Nargis. He isn’t upset or crying over his broken relationship. Katrina always suspected that he was interested in Nargis and landed in Delhi on the sets of the film. Her visit put on hold the budding romance between Ranbir and the new actress, but only for a while. Adds an insider, "He was totally ignoring Nargis and that upset her. She communicated to him that she was hurt." But after Katrina left, they were back. If the Ranbir-Katrina break-up story is true, Ranbir will not have to play the hiding game again.
